Chapter 14

Thank you guys SO much for all the comments and support. It seriously makes this so much fun! I get home from school and if I see a comment, I get so happy. It's pathetic haha. Ok, so I know you're all probably thinking has she lost it, but thanks to Molly, I realized I skipped Chapter 6. It was them going on a date and getting to know each other, but you might get confused if you don't know some stuff. Do you want me to just post it tomorrow as Chapter 6, work it into a later chapter, or just forget about it?  I'm soo sorry!

Chapter 14

Sidney’s POV

I knocked on their dorm room and Raina answered it. “Hey Sid,” she said quietly, “You’re about 30 minutes early, so they’re still sleeping. But if you want to face Calli’s wrath, you can wake her up.”

I laughed softly, “Nahh, I’ll just hang out here if you don’t mind.”

She gave me an exasperated look. “Of course I don’t mind, you’re my best friend’s boyfriend and you’re not a jackass.”

I sat on the chair under her desk, just looking around. I smiled when I saw a picture of me tipping her back and kissing her with the view of Pittsburgh in the backgroud.

Flashback

“So your telling me that you’ve grown up in Pittsburgh, and you’ve only been up the incline three times?” Max Talbot asked dumbfounded.

She shrugged, “ I have a phobia of heights, so I normally just drive. I’m always terrified we’ll drop off..”

“Too bad, we’re going up.” I grinned. She glared at me. “Whhaat?”

Flower took one of her arms and I took the other, “Let’s go.”

“I swear to god I’ll scream if you don’t let me go.” She yelled.

My lips crashed onto hers, instantly silencing her. I broke it off, and then put my finger to her lips. “Shhh”

“Wow, now we know how to shut Calli up,” Tanger joked.

I growled kiddingly, “If any of you try..”I  laughed. The whole way up, she was gripping onto my arm. “You really are afraid aren’t you?” I asked, starting to feel guilty. Sbe nodded and buried her head into my shoulder.

I kissed her head, “I’m sorry babe.” She stayed like that the way up. As soon as it stopped, I scooped her up bridal style.

She laughed, “I swear to god if you drop me..” she threatened.

I put her down and tipped her back, kissing her passionately. I heard several cat whistles and Flower took the picture for us.

BEEP!BEEP!

I was jerked out of the memory by Calli and Marissa’s alarm clock going off. I heard Calli groan and half fall down the ladder. As soon as she saw me, her eyes brightened. She wrapped her arms around me, murmering “What are you doing here?”

I laughed, “If you want me to leave..”

Her grip tightened on me. “Of course I don’t want you two.” She was already dressed in what she was wearing on the plane.

She threw a pillow in the direction of the top bunk. “Marissa, get your lazy ass up.” She commanded. She jumped ouf of the bed, and groaned, “The worst part of playing hockey is getting up so early.”

Raina hugged Marissa and Calli, making them promise to take pictures and bring her back some syrup. We had the schedule all planned out. I was taking Marissa and Calli to the airport, because our team planes were both leaving at the same time. Then we were going to meet at the airport. Coach Therrien (this was before the coaching change) was letting us have three free days, so I was going to stay in the hotel her team is staying at. Then they have a free day so we are going to go visit my parents. She plays in her tournament, and the rest of Pitt goes home. But since they have a couple off days, she’s going to come with me for the road trip because it’s a break during school for her. It’s complicated.

I picked up her hockey bag for her and she put her backpack and got her duffle bag. She grinned at me, “You’re such a gentleman…maybe you’ll get a reward later.”

I pulled her into me, “Ohh, then I’ll be a gentleman all the time,” I smirked before kissing her.

“Ugh come on guys, too early in the morning to start this,” Marissa complained when she came back with coffee.

“You’re my coffee queen.” Calli announced.

We couldn’t be seen together at the airport, so before we bordered our planes I put my hand to my heart and then waved to her. She smiled and mouthed, “I love you.” Before getting dragged away by one of her teammates. She was a team favorite, I mean why wouldn’t she be. She was funny, nice, beautiful, sexy…

  2. ahh loved it!
yeah, chapter 6 doesn't really matter.
you could work the information in through flashbacks, like the important parts, if you want to

  3. So glad that I started reading this, it's so cute.
Chapter six doesn't really mattered, things make sense for the most part without it.
Can't wait to see where this goes, and thank you for reading and commenting on my story. =]
